Uber professional Varun gets drunk for a scene and his good friend Alia comes to the rescue

The anticipation is building up for Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan's return to the silver screen with Badrinath Ki Dulhania, and the couple is trying their best to keep the hype alive with their chemistry. Of course credit must be given to their genuine friendship and comfort level which reflects on screen.
Varun recently spoke about how drinking alcohol is one of the trait of Badri's character and for a particular scene he even had almost 11-12 drinks.
Alia intervened to say that at one point she had to help Varun stand on the mark to get his shot right. Varun like a true professional, downed so many pegs just to impart authenticity to the character and Alia like a good friend helped him in his resolve.
Doesn't everyone wish for a friend to rely on when they are a few drinks down!
