Karan Johar has entered a new phase in his life by becoming a father to twins namely - Roohi and Yash, through surrogacy and the director has announced his step back from work.
The was mentally prepared for this change and says his children are now his world and his work, travels and social commitments would have to take a back seat. He is glad to have his mother's love and support through this.
Karan will not be directing any films for a year at least but he is not taking a break from production.
Dharma Productions will continue producing films, Badrinath Ki Dulhania releasing in March followed by the recently announced, Drive starring Sushant Singh Rajput and Jacqueline Fernandez.
The entire industry is super happy and excited for Karan and this new phase in his life and have wished him love and luck.
