Aditi Rao Hydari has worked with Ranveer Singh before in Paris

Aditi Rao Hydari was all praises about her costar in Padmavati, Ranveer Singh and says he gives space and encouragement. Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the period drama features Ranveer as Alauddin Khilji while Aditi will play his wife, Kamala Devi.
This isn't the first time the two actors will be working together. Ranveer and Aditi previously worked together on a skit with director Shaad Ali and Saroj Khan for a festival in Paris.
Aditi reminisced their skit in Paris when we were jobless. They often talk about that time. After years of small side roles, Aditi has an interesting line-up of films this year such as Mani Ratnam's Tamil movie Kaatru Veliyidai and Omung Kumar's "Bhoomi". She says that she strives for challenging work and this is possibly the best phase of her career.
