Did BJP really promise to award Rs 10000 to anyone who slaps Bhansali with a shoe?

This is really getting out of hand! A ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader named Akhilesh Khandelwal from Madhya Pradesh has announced a reward worth Rs 10,000 for anyone who slaps director Sanjay Leela Bhansali with a shoe for distorting history in his film Padmavati.
Quite active on Social media, Akhilesh is not the least regretful to announce such a reward. He quite bashfully claimed that film celebrities who try to distort Indian history represent India in poor light and should be taught a lesson. He says its their responsibility to rein in such forces.
This comes in the wake of the January 27 attack on Sanjay Leela Bhansali by members of Karni Sena in Jaipur.
