Rajkumar Rao goes the extra mile for his role

Nowadays actors are following the trend of method acting and Rajkumar Rao also has taken his role too seriously for his next film Trapped.
Rao plays the role of a person who is struck in his flat and to make his emotions as authentic as possible he only ate one carrot and one coffee for 20 days.
During the trailer launch event of the film, Rajkumar explained that his character is trapped in a flat on the 35th floor of his building and so had nowhere to go.
To make his character look and feel real, he ate one carrot and one coffee throughout the shooting. Eating normally would not allow him to show any physical change. Trapped is directed by Vikramaditya Motwane and produced by Phantom Films. The film is supposed to hit the screens on 17th March 2017.
