The main accused in the Malayalam Actress case is arrested

The main culprit Pulsar Sunil in the case of Malayalam actress kidnapping has been arrested after six days. According to the police, Sunil got arrested on Thursday and Kerala police chief Loknath Behra gave a statement saying that Sunil and his friend have been arrested. Lokanth denied giving much information about it except that they took a lot of effort to find the accused and arrest them.
The victim, an actress of Malayalam film industry got kidnapped by some people when she was coming back to Kochi from Thrissur on 17th February and was later thrown outside director-actor Lal's home.
Shocked Lal informed this to Police and after that, the driver of the actress Martin got arrested. The actress had accused her driver Sunil of kidnapping her with the help of his friends. Sunil even threatened to kidnap her and if tried to flee he would use his force.

Lipstick Under My Burkha, a contemporary women-centric film is apparently too offensive for CBFC and they have denied giving the film a certificate meaning now it cannot release.
The film has been made under by Prakash Jha and its directed by Alankrata Srivastava.
In January the makers arranged the special screening for CBFC, but the censor board claims that there are too many scenes filled with film sex, abusive language, and audio pornography. These scenes are insensitive for one part of society.

Rangoon has to pay up for the copyright scandal

Bollywood filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj's Rangoon got stuck in legal controversies when his female protge Kangana Ranaut's Miss Julia was accused of being copied by fearless Nadia. Wadia Movietone production company has made allegations on the film that the character, dialogues, poster and multiple scenes have been copied from the main character Naida of film Hunterwali
Wadia Movietone even has shared a copy of an email in the court where the CEO, Roy Wadia proposed to make a movie on Fearless Nadia to Rangoon filmmakers, Vishal Bhardwaj and UTV Motion Pictures who rejected that offer.
Now after the hearing on this, High Court has have instructed the makers of the Rangoon to pay at least 2 crores as the bank guarantee.

Rajkumar Rao goes the extra mile for his role

Nowadays actors are following the trend of method acting and Rajkumar Rao also has taken his role too seriously for his next film Trapped.
Rao plays the role of a person who is struck in his flat and to make his emotions as authentic as possible he only ate one carrot and one coffee for 20 days.
During the trailer launch event of the film, Rajkumar explained that his character is trapped in a flat on the 35th floor of his building and so had nowhere to go.
To make his character look and feel real, he ate one carrot and one coffee throughout the shooting. Eating normally would not allow him to show any physical change. Trapped is directed by Vikramaditya Motwane and produced by Phantom Films. The film is supposed to hit the screens on 17th March 2017.

Rangoon has been cut and its 15 minutes shorter

After a few last minute changes by the makers of Rangoon, the film has been reduced by 70 scenes and merely 15 minutes.
The censor board has given them permission to release the film after these cuts. Earlier the length of the film was approx 2 hours 47 minutes and after the cut only 2 hours 34 minutes. Some sources reveal that the new version is looking rather perfect compared to the previous version. But on the other hand, a source claims that the earlier version was prepared in a hurry because the makers wanted to send it for a film festival. They were aware that they had to make changes, and agree that the new edited version is better than the previous one.
Now it is left to see how the audience perceives Shahid Kapoor, Kangana Ranaut, and Saif Ali Khan's live triangle.

Karan Johar famous controversial talk show Koffee with Karan is soon going to get off-air. The fifth season of the hit show is going to in March with an award show episode.
The show will host its last guests on 12th March but there will an award episode telecasted on 19th. Apparently the jury members for this award special will be Ayan Mukerji, Malaika Arora, Neha Dhupia, and Rohan Joshi.

Karan Johar is restless as a producer, his next film Badrinath ki dulhania is close to its release and he is already chalking out the plans for his next film.
Dharma Production's next will be Ayan Mukherjee's Dragon and for the script sitting Ranbir Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan reached to Dharma's office. Ranbir Kapoor was always confirmed as the lead actor but Amitabh Bachchan's presence proves that he will too play a leading role.
Although there is some time to start the shooting of the film, Ranbir Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan came to Dharma's new office for the first script sitting. Karan Johar was apparently quite excited and was giving Amitabh a tour of his new office with pride. The new Dharma office has many posters of Amitabh Bachchan films like Agneepath, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, and Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna.
Karan also got emotional while showing the special pictures of his father to Amitabh and Ranbir.

Alia Bhatt is riding high and her roster proves it. After her upcoming movie Badrinath Ki Dulhania, Alia Bhatt will start the shooting of Zoya Akhtar's next flick Gully Boy starring Ranveer Singh. And after that she will star as the leading lady with Ranbir Kapoor in Ayan Mukerji's film Dragon.

Saroj Khan was left out from the Tamma Tamma remake and she is furious

The new version of song Tamma Tamma from Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt starring movie Badrinath Ki Dulhania has already created a storm by the wave of nostalgia it is spreading. The original song featured Madhuri Dixit and Sanjay Dutt and was choreographed by Saroj Khan. During the remake of the song, the makers of the film called everyone related to that song to help but Saroj Khan was not called. And she is furious!
When asked about her absence, Saroj said that her assistant Madhuri was there and that's why they did not need her. She said that the makers should be asked why she was not invited. She feels that the revamped versions of her songs should have the same standard and her approval should have been taken. She has seen the video and has no comment on it.

Shahrukh Khan and his son Abram are the cutest father-son duo on social media. Abram has been by his fathers side ever since he was a baby and loves spending time with his superstar father. Recently photos of Shahrukh Khan taking a long drive with his son Abram on roads of Mumbai were outed. Abram was standing in the car while his father drove around Bandra and Carter road area.
Shahrukh 's bodyguard was sitting in the front seat taking Abram in his lap and there was another child on the back seat of the car. At the end of the video, Abram very coolly says no pictures to onlookers.

Another classic 90s track will be revamped, this time in Machine

Recreating old hit songs of Hindi movies seems to be 2017s trend. After Raees and Badrinarh revamping many 90s hits, Akshay Kumar and Raveena Tandon's famous song Tu Cheez Badi Hai Mast Mast from Mohra will be recreated for Machine.
Jazzing the song up with some new beats and maybe some rap even, the song is a key feature in Abbas Mustan's next directorial flick Machine starring Kiara Advani and Abbas' son Mustafa.
In this recreated song, Mustafa will even recreate Akshay's look by wearing the same dark glasses from the original song. Bosco is choreographing this song and just like the original song, Udit Narayan will be singing the remixed version as well.
After the shooting of this song, it will apparently be shown to Akshay Kumar first.

Censor board even snips Sarkar 3 trailer

The censor board has been making headlines for a while now and this time its pining on Amitabh Bachchan's film. Earlier after the supreme court verdict, censor board removed four scenes from the film.
Just before the trailer launch, CBFC has shown some objections against the trailer as well.
They have suggested the makers that they have to cut some scenes from the trailer because they shed bad light on Bal Thackrey's family.
Maharashtra's Shiv Sena leader Bal Thackrey is the undeclared inspiration for the role of Sarkar. The leader died on 17th November 2012 which is why this film is facing more problems than the earlier two films which released when he was alive.

Not to partake in more controversies, director Ram Gopal Varma has accepted the suggestions and will remove those scenes from the trailer.

Bollywood actress Sayani Gupta says that superstar Akshay Kumar's understanding and his grip on action sequences is amazing and he even helped her to do her stunts herself. She is afraid of heights and the scene demanded her to jump from a 40 feet high building.

Makers announce the third part of Jolly LLB series

The famous and fictional lawyer Jolly has now become a successful franchise and the makers have announced the third sequel of the film.
The first film starred Arshad Warsi,and to make the sequel a bigger hit than the first part, the makers opted for a bigger star and chose Akshay Kumar' to play Jolly.
