Rakesh Roshan is making a comeback after three years with his Kaabil, and even though he has not directed that film but he plays an integral role in the film as the creative director.

Being a veteran and old-school director, Rakesh Roshan says he has some rules that he wont bend for his son also.

Apparently, Rakesh Roshan doesn't tolerate tardiness and has even scolded Hrithik Roshan he came late on the sets of Kaabil.
Papa Roshan was always on time on set as an actor and expects the same from his cast. He is apparently so strict that he makes his actors sign a clause stating that they will not come late, his son included!
Hrithik confirms this and says it really makes his father angry if someone is late. But the actor compliments his father's success to his concise planning habits.

Rakesh Roshan, whose eyes sparkle with pride every time he talks about his superstar son, confirmed to a leading daily that Hrithik is indeed interested in direction. He said, Hrithik surely will direct a film, although I can'€™t say when. He has assisted me on several of my films before he was launched as a hero in €˜Kaho Na Pyar Haia. So you could say he has been training for direction for a very long time.
