AR Rahman's directorial debut

On February 2, a lauch event of the Ideal Entertainment production banner happened in Toronto which was attended by AR Rahman. His debut directorial film '99 Songs' will be produced by Ideal Entertainment and will also be funded by the same.
AR Rahman in a press note stated,'I am happy to associate with Ideal Entertainment production banner. They understand the pulse of the audience that I cater to through my work and ideas. I would like to collaborate with them in the future as well. I have personally seen the hard work that these guys who work in Ideal Entertainment have put to be in the portion that they are in now!.'
